Photographic Reproductions:

Digital file copy: 300 dpi JPEG          $20/image

Digital file copy: custom                    $30/image

    

Photocopies:

(in person only)

Black & White photo print              $.25/copy member; $.50/copy non-member

    

There is no self-serve copying of original archival material or books. If you require photocopying, fill out the appropriate form, marking the pages with the paper strips provided. All photocopying must be authorized by the Archivist; authorization is subject to the condition of the material and may be refused if the material is too fragile. Please note that the Clayton McLain Memorial Museum and Archives observes current Canadian copyright legislation which limits what we may or may not copy.

You will need to prepay for your photocopies. Please allow up to twenty working days for the processing of your order. If you are copying library material that is commonly available elsewhere we strongly suggest that you obtain your copies there, rather than at the Archives. Depending upon the availability of volunteers, completion times will vary.

Due to fragility or other restrictions, some items may not be able to be photocopied.

Remote orders are not available at this time.

Delivery Costs

Mail deliveries:                             $2.50 (envelope size)

                                                     $5.00 (CD for digital file order)

Internet deliveries:

(Jpeg format 300 dpi: limit 8 files) no charge

Special delivery requests:

                                                    $10/order over and above actual costs.

Notes: Payment must be made prior to the completion of any order. CMMM & Archives accepts cash or cheques. Payment will be accepted in Canadian dollars only.
